Substance Abuse Adult Intensive Outpatient

East Central Mental Health provides treatment for individuals with a substance abuse diagnosis.East Central Mental Health offers an Intensive Outpatient Program in Troy.  The facility is open from 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. Primary program activities are conducted from 5:30p.m. to 8:30p.m. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings.  There is a daytime program operational on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 1:00p.m. to 3:30p.m.  A separate continuing care group meets on Monday from 7:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. and Thursday from 1:00p.m. to 3:30p.m.

Substance Abuse Services

Services are designed to meet each client’s needs and goals to include, as needed:

• Group Therapy
• Individual Therapy
• Assessment
• On going monitoring and regularly home assignments
• Family Therapy, as appropriate
• Referrals to inpatient treatment, as needed
